Hues of Life

They say a photograph is worth a thousand words but I believe its impact is immeasurable, something that cannot be achieved otherwise. I often wonder how trends are set, brands are established, cultures are influenced and people are convinced but as I keep note of visual communication around me with its related iconography I feel our choices are often designed by people other than us. And their tools are just a few photographs. Welcome to my canvas...

About Me

Umesh Khanduri
I am a Mass Comm. graduate with interest in photography and visual communication. Photography for me is an art form where one needs to be imaginative & observant for beauty in life can often be missed because it’s very obvious & overlooked. Photographs play a pivotal role conveying a social message as they carry a sense of shared experience along with them which is transferred to the masses to create a deep impact as a result of their sensitivity. I firmly believe in unity of art and consider varied prevalent forms as its mere expression. That's why I refer to paintings, music and even movies to develop my narrative for photo-features. The most creative part of photography is that it constantly hunts for new inspiration to improve style & learn light maneuvering. Convergent photography is what I identify with.
